Getting people on board

We’ll help you make the case for change to your senior leaders. Then we’ll advise you on what to tell your people about the change, and who those messages should come from. We’ll also help you position your formal and informal learning activities as just the first stage in the learning process.

Training and support materials

We’ll make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of Lentum. That includes training up to four staff as administrators and providing a short ‘how to’ document for both learners and line managers. For larger roll-outs across many sites, we can run train-the-trainer sessions. And if you want the system to grow in line with your business, we can run extra training, tailored specifically to your business.

A guiding hand

From the outset, you’ll have a dedicated account manager to work alongside you – making sure you get the most out of the application, informing you when we’ve added new functionality and answering your queries.

Making the application even better

As with any software-as-a-service company, we plan to continually improve the application over the coming months. We’d love you to tell us what you think of the new functionality, as well as anything else you’d like us to develop so you can get the most out of Lentum.
